I use a brain based approach working with your Values, Habits, Beliefs, Identity and lastly Behaviour.
A typical session would end with some homework and reflection.
I serve clients from all walks of life and businesses, though predominantly flight crew and clients from the aviation industry.
In a very fluid approach, I allow my clients to create some breakthrough lasting results for themselves.
I take on a limited number of clients per year alongside my main career in aviation, so spaces are limited.
